Vehicle Return & One-Year Limited Warranty Policy
At GiGi Car Inc., we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with both a clear return policy and a comprehensive one-year limited warranty.
Return Policy
Eligibility Criteria:
Customers may return their purchased vehicle within seven (7) days of the purchase date or within a mileage limit of two hundred and fifty (250) miles, whichever comes first.
Exchange Terms:
Returns are eligible for an exchange with another vehicle of equal or greater value from our inventory. In the event that the selected replacement vehicle is of higher value, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference. If the replacement vehicle is of lower value, no refund or credit will be issued.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the designated return period. Our team will assist you with the necessary arrangements and ensure a smooth exchange process.
One-Year Limited Warranty
Coverage Details:
This warranty provides coverage for major repairs or replacements of the engine and transmission components for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, or up to ten thousand (10,000) miles, whichever occurs first.
Service and Maintenance:
All routine maintenance must be performed at a certified service center, and maintenance records must be retained to validate the warranty. Failure to adhere to these requirements may void the warranty.
Claims Procedure:
In the event of a covered engine or transmission issue, please provide a detailed repair estimate from a certified mechanic. GiGi Car Inc. will cover fifty percent (50%) of the approved repair costs.
Limitations:
The warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser. It cannot be extended or renewed.
